THE TEAM

The founder, Mr. Chandubhai Patel- an engineer, had moved to Mumbai from Gujrat to pursue his dream of venturing into construction industry. He began his journey as a contactor and with remarkable dexterity evolved as a developer.

To continue his legacy, his two professional sons, Mr. Dushyant Patel- an architect & Mr. Anil Patel-a civil engineer propelled the success further to almost multi million square feet. With the vision to cater to the practical need of the people, they focused on comfort, convenience and tailored budgets.

Now, the company is led by the third generation. Mr. Bharat Patel- an architect & an urban designer, Ms. Nidhi Patel- an architect & Mr. Sagar Patel- a civil engineer & an MBA. With the international education and as an heir, they possess thorough dynamics of two generations. The company is focusing on bigger horizon of delivering smart spaces with innovative amenities, utmost luxury and esthetic design.
